By accessing konnexlabs.com or purchasing and using Maps Lead Scraper ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our website or products.
Konnex Labs ("we", "our", "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Maps Lead Scraper is a Chrome browser extension that extracts publicly available business information from Google Maps and Bing Maps, including business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and email addresses found on publicly accessible web pages.
The Product is sold as a one-time purchase for $49 USD. This includes all features: Google Maps and Bing Maps scraping, 7-layer email extraction, 3-layer email verification, cross-engine merge, duplicate detection, CSV export, and free lifetime updates.
We offer a free trial that provides 3 full scrapes with all features unlocked. No credit card or account is required for the free trial. The trial allows you to evaluate the Product before purchasing.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Maps Lead Scraper on your own devices. This license is perpetual — there is no expiration date, and you will not be charged recurring fees.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data collected through Maps Lead Scraper. Specifically, you agree to:
Konnex Labs is not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the data collected through the Product.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD. You will receive your license key and download link via email immediately after payment.
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Product within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@konnexlabs.com and we will issue a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.
If a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the extension.
The free trial is provided as-is with no payment required. No refunds apply to the free trial as no payment is made.
Maps Lead Scraper, including its code, design, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of Konnex Labs. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Product — it does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property rights.
Your one-time purchase includes free updates to the extension for the lifetime of the product. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely, but we intend to actively maintain and improve the Product.
Customer support is available via email at support@konnexlabs.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours on business days.
Maps Lead Scraper interacts with Google Maps, Bing Maps, and publicly accessible websites. We are not affiliated with Google or Microsoft and do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Google Maps, Bing Maps, or any third-party website. Changes to these or other third-party services may affect the functionality of the Product.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the Product to maintain compatibility, but we cannot guarantee that the Product will work with all future versions of Google Maps, Bing Maps, or Chrome.
Maps Lead Scraper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Konnex Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Product.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Specifically, we may deactivate your license key if you:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
